You get support by us taking control of your
computer from our office PC. Most computer software
problems are easily solved using this method. Only
condition is that you have broadband and are
connected to the internet.
We do charge you for providing this service. So

- Call us at
910.233.3587 for Remote Computer Service.

- Next we will instruct you to click on the above
Get Assistance icon.

- Then we will
ask you for the six digit number that appears in
the SkyFex Window.

- After
connection we will upload another program called
Log-Me-In.
-
- We then
install Log-Me-In for you to your computer.
-
- After this
installation we will disconnect from SkyFex and then reconnect with Log-Me-In.

- After logging
back in we will then be able to service your
computer remotely.
